Carpentry Helper $20-$22 DOE

Position Overview Our client, a fabrication/manufacturing company in the Conroe area, is seeking a reliable Carpentry Helper for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with basic carpentry experience who is comfortable working in a shop environment and ready to grow into a permanent position. Responsibilities Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood and crates according to specifications Operate saws, drills, nail guns, and other basic hand and power tools Read a tape measure accurately for precise measurements Perform general carpentry and fabrication tasks as assigned Follow safety protocols and shop procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic carpentry skills and experience Comfortable operating saws, drills, nail guns, and hand tools Mechanically inclined with the ability to work in a fabrication shop setting Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
