Shop Helper $14- $16 DOE About the Role Our client in the Conroe area is looking for a hands-on Temp to Hire Shop Helper to join their fabrication team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic carpentry and shop skills who's looking to grow into a permanent position with a stable, hardworking crew. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble wood and crates to spec Operate saws, drills, nail guns, and basic hand tools Read a tape measure accurately and consistently Support general fabrication and shop tasks as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic carpentry skills Comfortable operating saws, drills, nail guns, and hand tools Mechanically inclined with fabrication shop experience or aptitude Able to lift 50+ lbs.
