MAVRIK is a manufacturer and supplier of exploration drilling, mining and environmental sampling equipment and performs CNC machining, manufacturing, and assembly services for the Oil, Gas, Drilling, and Mining industries. MAVRIK delivers custom threaded casings, pilings, micro-piles, and pile components to the Nuclear, Construction, Transmission and Distribution, and Transportation industries.

The principle responsibilities of this position is to help make sure that production scheduled for CNC Equipment is completed in an effective and efficient manner. The CNC Machine Operator selects appropriate settings and makes adjustments as necessary, and is responsible for operating one or more types of computer numeric controlled production equipment, depending on training.

Under direct supervision, the CNC Machine Operator:

• Loads and unloads materials, parts, or products manually or by mechanized means.
• Transfers finished products and raw materials about plant and warehouse, using carts, dollies or forklift.
• Delivers production items to designated work areas for processing.
• Delivers processed goods to storage or for the next stage of processing.
• Stacks processed items in racks, bins, or areas of the warehouse.
• Packs products in containers or on pallets. Cleans his/her machine and around work areas.
• Assists other production workers in production activities.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to read in English and follow route sheets and blueprints
• Ability to perform general machine shop math and calculations
• Must have ability to read measuring devices such asscales and calipers
• Experience as a Machine Operator preferred
• Knowledge of Production Procedures
• Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals
