Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours and the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment and be committed to maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines.
- Ensure products are packaged according to company quality standards.
- Perform machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance as needed.
- Monitor production runs and identify issues affecting efficiency or product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and document production data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and GMP guidelines.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Assist with general production duties as assigned.
- Previous experience operating VFFS machines preferred.
- Manufacturing, packaging, or food production experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
