Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Production Coordinator Lead
. The Production Coordinator will coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.

• Coordinate production schedules, priorities, and manufacturing activities to supporton-time delivery.
• Serve as aprimary point ofcontact for production coordination and schedule-related issues.
• Monitor daily production progress and proactively identify potential delays, constraints, or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
  
  Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory,Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics, toresolve production issues.
• Assign, track, andfollow up onactionitems while holding task owners accountable to committed deadlines.
• Ensure all required
  stage gates
  are completed and verified priorto Clear-to-Build.
• Maintain accurate andup-to-date production schedules, records, trackers, and status reports.
• Provide regular production status updates and communicate changes, risks,and recovery plansto appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate material, labor, information, and other production requirements to support manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor workflow and production capacity to identify opportunities to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Escalate production risksand issues ina timely mannerand help drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to production delays, quality issues,and process inefficiencies.
• Assist in prioritizing work based oncustomer commitments, production requirements,material availability,and business needs.
• Partner with Inventory and Purchasing to identify and resolve material shortages orsupply constraints thatmay impact production.
• Coordinate with Qualityto ensure required inspections, documentation, and quality requirements are completed before production milestones.
• Support timely delivery of finished products by maintaining visibility of production status through completion and shipment.
• Identify opportunities toi mprove scheduling processes, communication, workflow, and overall operational efficiency.
• Help establish and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and best practices for production coordination.
• Provide guidance andday-to-day leadership to Production Coordinators and/orother team membersas assigned.
• Serve as aresource and escalation point for less experienced coordinators.
• Promote a cultureof accountability, urgency, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other dutiesand responsibilities as assigned.

• 4–7 yearsof experience ina manufacturing environment, preferably within
  metal manufacturing/fabrication
  .
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Production Coordination
• Inventory Control
• Purchasing
• Supply Chain
• Logistics
• Shop Management
• Manufacturing Operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, andshop operations.
• Demonstrated ability tocoordinatemultiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling andtime management.
• Experience tracking production performance and identifying schedule risks.
• Ability to effectively communicate with bothshop-floor personnel and office/management teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstratedability to take ownership, follow through, and hold others accountable to commitments.
• Project management or production planning experience preferred.
