At Home Quality Care is looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN licensed vocational nurses to make visits in the Conroe, Texas area who have experience in a home health setting. • Must have a current Licensed Practical / Vocation Nursing License from the state.
• Possess and maintain current CPR
• Licensed driver with Car insurance
• At least 18 years of age

• Provides direct patient care as defined in the state nurse practice act.
• Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Assists the Registered Nurse or Physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
• Meet the patients' needs and use equipment safely and appropriately (foot stools, side rails, Etc.)
• Provide personnel care conducive to the client's safety and comfort within the organization's established policy parameters.
