LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) – Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

Location:

Conroe, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $25-$37 per hour.

We are looking for qualified individuals with the following qualifications.

• Active RN or LVN license (New Graduates welcome, training provided.)
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatments of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other authorized personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
