Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Behavioral Health team at Aspire Hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, exceptional patient care abilities, and prior experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patient recovery, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment, and delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical assessments, and detailed medical histories.
• Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate updates effectively with the treatment team.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, discharge planning, coping strategies, and overall health management.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises and support de-escalation efforts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient behavioral health experience REQUIRED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification REQUIRED
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis intervention skills
