Emergency Room RN (Travel Nurse) – Conroe, TX

We’re looking for Emergency Room Registered Nurses for an immediate travel nurse opening in Conroe, TX. The right RN should have 1–2 years of recent acute‑care experience.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will work with a diverse team of caregivers to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. RNs must be experienced and skilled in caring for patients in a fast‑paced, urgent, and emergency environment.

ER Travel Nurses will perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries, plan long‑term care needs, document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being. They must also stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds (with occasional patient lifts up to 50 pounds).

Coping with stress and relating to people of all ages and backgrounds are essential.

• Provide basic bedside care
• Clean and bandage wounds
• Provide IV therapy
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC. Minimum 1 year of recent acute‑care experience.

Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
