Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community.

• 120, base salary + bonus potential
• Up to $15,000 annual bonus
• Flexible schedule with potential for 4-day workweek
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong physician support

• Provide comprehensive Women's Health care in an outpatient setting, with approximately 75% prenatal and postpartum care and ~20% well-woman exams.
• Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients.

• 2-5 years of Women's Health experience (FNP/WHNP preferred).
• No new graduates at this time.
• Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population.
• Experience working alongside an established Women's Health team with OB/GYN physician support.
• Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants and integrated APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers.
• Comfortable collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
