Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise care for behavioral health patients. You will apply nursing processes, coordinate interdisciplinary planning, and participate in discharge planning and patient education.
Requirements include active RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and crisis management certification per policy. Experience in inpatient behavioral health is preferred but not required.
