Ice House Supervisor

Woodland Springs seeks a House Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership across our inpatient and outpatient mental health units. In this role, you will oversee shift operations, coordinate patient flow, and support nursing and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care for adults and seniors experiencing mental illness and addiction. You will respond to crises, guide clinical decisions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery-focused treatment.
