Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1591.20/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Department to ensure timely, compassionate treatment of patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to determine priority of care.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform blood draws as needed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and utilize equipment such as ventilators and GEM monitors.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and revise care plans.
• Follow unit policies, including weekend and on-call coverage requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant emergency department experience.
• Exhibit compassionate and empathetic patient care skills.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
