As an LVN Home Care Nurse, you'll work closely with physicians, patients, families, and care teams to deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each client's needs. You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members.

We're seeking a dedicated LVN with an active Texas nursing license, current in-person CPR/BLS certification, valid Texas driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in a home health agency, healthcare facility, or clinical setting and possess a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
