In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and care teams to deliver individualized nursing care. You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and communicate clinical updates to ensure the highest standard of care.

We're seeking a compassionate LVN with an active Texas nursing license, current in-person CPR/BLS certification, valid Texas driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in home health, a healthcare facility, or a clinical setting and be committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
