Clementine Houston in Conroe, TX is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our residential program for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders. Availability covers Day shifts (7a–7p) and Overnight shifts (7p–7a), onsite at our Conroe facility.
You will obtain vitals, monitor behavior, administer medications, document promptly, and support adolescents in practicing healthy meals. Active RN license (or eligible) and CPR/BLS required; prior experience in behavioral health is a plus.
