- Maintain a Professional Salon: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization, ensuring your workstation is always tidy, safe, and welcoming.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.
- A passion for creating a positive, low‑stress experience for every pet.
- Excellent skills in all aspects of grooming for dogs and cats, including nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expression.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- The physical ability to handle pets up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
