You will receive hands‑on training to provide exceptional and timely lawn and landscape applications to our customers throughout the year. You will learn about the products we use, the services we provide, and the proper application methods needed to care for healthy lawns and landscapes.

Training will also focus on professional customer communication, evaluating lawn and landscape conditions, identifying potential problems, and providing effective solutions. Our goal is to give you the knowledge and skills needed to confidently care for our customers’ properties while maintaining the high level of service A-Perm-O-Green Lawn is known for.

This position requires the ability to manage a daily route efficiently, meet established production goals, and maintain quality and attention to detail throughout the workday
. Applicants must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently while representing our company professionally.

A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn and landscape products according to product label instructions, company schedules, and established safety procedures
  .
• Safely operate company vehicles while traveling to and servicing customer properties.
• Complete all required daily paperwork and service documentation accurately and on time
  , while meeting established daily production goals.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, trailers, spray equipment, and other tools by keeping them clean and organized, performing routine safety checks and inspections, and reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  .
• Evaluate and diagnose lawn and landscape conditions, identify potential problems, and communicate appropriate solutions to customers.
• Assist with new sales opportunities by accurately evaluating properties, determining recommended lawn and landscape services, and providing accurate information needed for service pricing.
• Work independently and efficiently while managing an assigned daily service route.
• Maintain a high level of quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service throughout the daily route

Successful candidates should possess:
