• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

• Meet withmotivated home buyersand guide them through the purchase process
• Maintain strong communication from consultation to closing
• Convertpre-set appointments into closed transactions
• Follow proven systems using CRM and lead management tools
• Deliver exceptional service that generatesreferrals and repeat business
• Hostopen houses with provided leads and traffic
• Stay organized with yourcalendar, pipeline, and follow-ups
• Attend weekly training and team coaching sessions

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
