Citizens Grill in The Woodlands area is seeking a Pastry Prep Cook to join our team. You will assist the lead Pastry Chef, help develop pastry programs, seasonal desserts, and support high-volume cake, pie, and bread production.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with professional kitchen equipment, and a Food Handlers Certification. Culinary school certification is a plus; we value teamwork and a calm, fast-paced service mindset.
