Potbelly Sandwich Shop - - Responsibilities:
Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.) per Potbelly recipe manual standards;
Provide fast, friendly and efficient service and deliver a quality and consistent product in a clean environment;
Maintain personal hygiene and Potbelly uniform, follow health and safety standards;
Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures;
Restock food line, chips and cooler; work multiple stations as directed by Manager or Shift Leader
