Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to assist in leading store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations.
  • Support performance goals by developing game plans, driving execution, and maximizing sales while maintaining consistent results.
  • Present opportunities with fact‑based information and recommendations, leveraging store data to make informed decisions.
  • Drive business outreach opportunities and communicate leads to the Store Manager, Multi‑Unit Manager, and Business Outreach team.
  • Identify performance opportunities and assist in developing plans to address and manage issues effectively.
  • Ensure accurate store scheduling and proper staffing to execute initiatives, maintain sales coverage, and deliver on the customer promise.
  • Assist with training store staff on all internal operational functions.
  • Implement store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
  • Contribute to an engaged and inclusive store environment, recognizing staff contributions and fostering a culture of learning.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to keep all team members updated on company directives.
  • Train the store team on customer service expectations to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead the team to exceed customer expectations and achieve a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Leverage customer feedback to take appropriate actions, preventing or resolving concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed per company direction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
  • Creative individual who demonstrates good judgment and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker.
  • Proven ability to train and develop high‑performing store teams.
  • Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
  • Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
  • Physical requirements:

    stand and walk during the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
Additional Information
