Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate

Earnings: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour plus up to 8% commission on transactions, with potential for further commission based on performance.

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused retail sales associate to join our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate will assist customers with sales, loans, and other transactions while maintaining a high level of customer service and store presentation.

• Greets and engages customers, building rapport to offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures and keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and well‑displayed.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in compliance with established procedures.
• Responds to incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Works effectively with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes all required training and may assist with additional duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Minimum age 18; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified if required by state law.
