Key Responsibilities- Provide member service.
- Maintain the checkout area.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.
- Promote Sam’s Club products and services.
- Provide guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology.
- Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Follow company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
- Handle merchandise properly and correct and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, identify member needs, and assist with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
- Maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Observe and communicate potential criminal activity, maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
- Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts; provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Identify shrink and damages; zone area, arrange, and organize merchandise.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and acting in accordance with business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Foster teamwork, build strong relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.
- Mentor and develop others; recognize contributions and accomplishments.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
