Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests, respond to questions and promote programs;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and handle transactions;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager and provide feedback;
Assist with onboarding/training and scheduling of store staff; payroll tasks;
Maintain store cleanliness, inventory control, and ensure displays and fixtures are merchandised per guidelines
