Public Storage Property Manager

Earn $14.50 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm).

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk and move around facilities, spending about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement available.
