Compensation

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. The role requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills, and prepares associates for major holiday periods.
