Calqulate is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business in the Conroe area. You will prospect for clients, build relationships with business owners and executives, and qualify companies with staffing needs to turn opportunities into placements.
You’ll manage a territory, conduct discovery calls, present staffing solutions, and partner with an internal recruiting team to deliver results while traveling locally as needed.
