Warehouse Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be responsible for spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to patrol on foot or vehicle

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Exceptional visual activity and concentration skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience a plus
• Ability to obtain a security license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with no restriction B and a clean driving record
• Stable work history
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
• Computer skills and social skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry)
