About the Role
FASTSIGNS Conroe is hiring an experienced Sign Installer for a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time.
This is a non-entry-level position. You must be able to work independently and handle installs solo on Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
* Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles)
* Install interior signage (ADA, dimensional letters, directories)
* Install exterior signage (building signs, cabinets, post & panel)
* Read and understand basic installation drawings and instructions
* Use Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar) for job communication and documentation
* Communicate job status, delays, and issues promptly to the Install Coordinator
* Safely operate lift equipment (boom, scissor, bucket)
* Measure, level, drill, anchor, and mount signage
* Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of sign installation experience (required)
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
* Experience with vinyl and interior/exterior signage installation
* Lift equipment operation experience
* Strong mechanical skills and power tool proficiency
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Preferred (Not Required)
* Electrical sign installation experience (channel letters, cabinets)
* 3M Certification (vinyl / vehicle wraps / graphics)
* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
* Fall Protection training
* Aerial lift / boom lift / scissor lift certifications
Schedule & Pay
* Monday-Friday with possible weekend work as needed
* Duration: 60-90 Days (temporary)
* Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance and workload
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience level
