Provide professional and specialized service related to cleaning of carpets, tile/grout, other flooring systems, upholstery and HVAC ducts as well as assist in water restoration and mold remediation services.
Qualifications- High school diploma (or GED)
- Basic proficiency in computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity; quick learner of company software systems.
- At least 1 year of specialized floor cleaning experience, and/or specialty cleaning experience such as Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.
- IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)*
- NADCA Certification
- TDLR Mold Remediation Worker
- Other desired IICRC
Certifications:
SMT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, OCT, FSRT
- Lead Technician
- Business Development Representative
- Operations Manager
- General Manager
- Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers and earn certifications in Mold Mitigation, Fire & Water Damage Restoration as needed.
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log and work orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Willing to learn and work with new equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate may increase as experience, certifications, and additional certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate.
