JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Advisor to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach-educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.

JOB DUTIES

* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems

* Present clear, honest repair and replacement options to customers

* Educate homeowners to help them make informed decisions

* Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience

* Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Lead plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas.

* Must have a valid drivers license.
