Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Houston – North is a locally owned cleaning and restoration company serving the areas north and north east of Houston. We specialize in professional carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, hardwood/laminate floor, and HVAC duct cleaning, as well as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and odor mitigation services. We are committed to professionalism, quality workmanship, reliability, and outstanding customer service for both residential and commercial clients.

Provide professional and specialized service related to cleaning of carpets, tile/grout, other flooring systems, upholstery and HVAC ducts as well as assist in water restoration and mold remediation services.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. Capable of quickly learning to use company software systems.
• At least 1 year of specialized floor cleaning experience, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates:
  • IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)*
  • NADCA Certification
  • TDLR Mold Remediation Worker
  • Other desired IICRC
    
    Certifications:
    
    SMT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, OCT, FSRT

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly). (
  
  Note:
  
  Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate may increase as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate)
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
