HVACDuct Cleaning Technician
Job Summary
Provide professional and specialized service related to cleaning and mold treatment of HVAC ducts and systems. Also provide professional services related to cleaning of carpets, tile/grout, other flooring systems, upholstery and as well as assist in water restoration and mold remediation services.
Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience- Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
- Driver License in good standing
- Computer
Skills:
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. Capable of quickly learning to use company software systems. - Technical Skills
- Experianced in negative air HVAC duct cleaning
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate cleaning and restoration equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and related services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces when necessary.
- Effectively perform services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn Carpet Cleaning, Water Restoration, Mold Remediation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly).
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
- Willing to work the occasional night/weekend shift

CCT, SMT, WRT, ASD, AMRT, OCT, FSRT
