Provide professional and specialized service related to cleaning of carpets, tile/grout, other flooring systems, upholstery and HVAC ducts as well as assist in water restoration and mold remediation services.

• Education and experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED).
• Driver license in good standing.
• Computer skills:
  Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity; capable of quickly learning to use company software systems.
• Technical skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate cleaning and restoration equipment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, company procedures, and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, HVAC duct cleaning, and related services is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Effectively perform carpet & floor cleaning and restoration services the company offers (opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly).
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete work orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
• Willing to work the occasional night/weekend shift.
