• Assist electricians during rough‑in by measuring, cutting, and bending wire using hand and power tools.
• Help install electrical components including outlets, lights, switches, and fixtures.
• Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
• Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Strong teamwork and communication skills;
  Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed;
  Basic problem‑solving and organizational skills;
  Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus;
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus;
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus;
  Demonstrated leadership potential is a bonus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in various locations as needed.
• Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.

• Lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
• Work on ladders, in attics, basements, and confined spaces.
• Use hand and power tools with good manual dexterity.
• Tolerate heat, cold, dust, and other job‑site conditions.
• Pull and route electrical cable throughout the home.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
