Residential Electrical Helper - SF - Quick Hire!

Responsibilities- Assist electricians during rough‑in by measuring, cutting, and bending wire using hand and power tools.
- Help install electrical components including outlets, lights, switches, and fixtures.
- Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
- Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.
- Minimum Education:
None - Minimum Years of
Experience:
0–2 - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong teamwork and communication skills;
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed;
Basic problem‑solving and organizational skills;
Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus;
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus;
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus;
Demonstrated leadership potential is a bonus. - High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in various locations as needed.
- Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
- Lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
- Work on ladders, in attics, basements, and confined spaces.
- Use hand and power tools with good manual dexterity.
- Tolerate heat, cold, dust, and other job‑site conditions.
- Pull and route electrical cable throughout the home.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
