HVAC Technician

General Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Residential HVAC Technician III to join our team in the North Houston / Conroe area. If you’re customer‑focused, enjoy problem‑solving, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team. You will work in a variety of residential environments installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems with an emphasis on excellent service and long‑term customer relationships.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including Central A/C units, Heat pumps, Furnaces, and Ductless systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately.
• Communicate repair options and pricing clearly to homeowners before work begins.
• Educate customers on system usage, filter changes, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and EPA 608 regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, materials used, and time on site.

• Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC experience (required).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and mobile work order systems.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel/stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Ability to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, etc.).
