Experienced Restoration Technician – Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe

When a home or business floods, burns, or suffers storm damage, we are called. As a Restoration Technician, you are the on-site professional making a bad day better by extracting water, setting equipment, and returning people to normal. This is a hands-on, physical role that may involve long hours, messy conditions, and on-call work. You must be ready to answer a call at 2 a.m. for a flood.

• Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standards
• Set and monitor drying equipment, and keep gear clean, stocked, and ready to roll
• Walk customers through the scope of work and handle documentation
• Manage schedule so jobs are completed on time
• Cross-train into related skills as you grow

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable restoration experience
• Experience with Next Gear (Dash) software
• Experience with MICA / Mitigate software
• Experience with photo documentation
• IICRC certification is a plus and will be considered in starting pay
• Starting pay is based on verifiable experience and certifications
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and stand on your feet
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day
• Solid communication with customers and teammates
• Basic computer skills

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
