Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for a skilled Plumbing Installer who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. • Install water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Install water softeners and filtration systems
• Perform whole-home repipes
• Install sewer and water service lines
• Install fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
• Complete gas line installations
• Perform excavation-related plumbing installations when required
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Complete all required documentation using Service Titan
• Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or Journeyman preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Commitment to doing the job right the first time

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
