Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Conduct general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, and window/door repair;
Execute preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and elevator systems;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to satisfaction of residents;
Inspect property grounds and common areas to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
