Building Engineer

Pay Rate: 20-22/HR

Hours:

M-F 7am - 3:30pm, OT as needed. On call for emergencies only

Location:

1001 North FM 3083 East, Conroe TX

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
This is a very physically grueling job, candidate must be comfortable walking up and down stairs all day long. This is full industrial site. Full safety gear is required and provided. Steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, cut resistant gloves.

Team Overview:
Working independently. Resource's typical working day:
This is a work order guided position - Responsible for building and grounds, painting, mechanical work, basic plumbing, basic electrical.

Licenses/Certifications:

Any applicable licenses preferred, not required.

Must Have

Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, basic electrical skills, basic plumbing skills, great customer service skills, must be comfortable going up on the roof.

Nice to have skills:
Forklift experience, HVAC experience, dock door experience, leveler experience.

Education:

h.s. diploma or GED, trade school preferred, not required. Software skills:
Basic computer skills, basic tablet skills, email/communication skills.
