We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Advisor to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach—educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.

Job duties include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems; presenting clear, honest repair and replacement options to customers; educating homeowners to help them make informed decisions; building trust and delivering a high-quality customer experience; meeting or exceeding performance and revenue goals; maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment; and accurately documenting jobs, estimates, and invoices.

Minimum requirements include applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas, a valid driver’s license, and experience with performance based pay preferred.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $ per year.
