The HVAC Technician III at Lone Star College-Conroe Center is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing campus HVAC systems across facilities. You will ensure a safe, comfortable environment for students and staff, performing preventative maintenance and addressing issues promptly.
This role collaborates with contractors on upgrades and helps implement SOPs while supporting energy management and safe operation standards.
