• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Leading and managing a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Consulting with clients, project managers, and other construction professionals to review electrical system designs and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Conducting inspections and tests of electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Training and mentoring apprentice electricians, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting professional development within the team.
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards, implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations on complex electrical issues, leveraging your technical knowledge and experience to contribute to project success.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician within the construction industry.
• Proven experience installing conduit and construction devices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading a team of electricians.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and local and national electrical codes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and team members.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a variety of environments and conditions.
• A valid electrician's license and a clean driving record.
