Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Willis, TX. AtWork Conroe has a client looking for a General Labor position responsible for supporting production and fabrication tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trailers, inspect incoming cargo, and verify materials against documentation.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders, including building pallets and wrapping goods.
- Inventory Control: Sort, organize, and restock warehouse shelves, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Use manual or electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scan guns.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects regularly.
- Safety Adherence: Strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced, team-oriented, and often repetitive. Can require working in varied temperatures, such as in cold storage, and standing for long periods.
