Warehouse Associate, General Labor, Forklift Operator, Material Handler
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our North Houston/Conroe, TX location. This position is responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
- Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
- Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred).
- Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise).
