Job Description
The Warehouse Worker’s main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.

Job Responsibilities- Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting discrepancies in deliveries and invoices.
- Organize and store incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO inventory controls for perishable products.
- Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or forklifts as required.
- Select inventory to assemble orders and supplies for requisitions or established par levels.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
- Load, unload, and transport products and materials to different warehouse areas or other client locations using carts, powered industrial vehicles or motor vehicles.
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on established schedules.
- Accurately complete administrative duties including records such as inventory counts, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and other business records, using paper or technology-based systems.
- Clean work areas as assigned, including restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator, and freight platform delivery areas.
- Implement all safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures; use required safety equipment and PPE.
- Take appropriate measures to ensure security of client and company assets.
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests and attend meetings as required.

Qualifications- Must be over 18 years of age.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Able to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift or carry objects up to 35 lb.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for some client locations; an MVR will be conducted if needed.
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
