• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report findings to management.
• Accurately enter receiving and shipping data into inventory management systems.
• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory placement.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
