Warehouse Associate - Conroe

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our SIMOS team in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations by keeping inventory moving safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, physical work and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and weekly pay.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.

Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term.

On a daily basis, you will keep our supply chain moving by unloading inbound trailers, stacking products, shrink-wrapping pallets, and organizing inventory. You will work closely with your team members to ensure all products are processed safely and efficiently.

Manually unload incoming trailers and utilize conveyor belts to move product.

Load, stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize products according to safety and quality standards.

Use proper, safe lifting techniques to handle boxes and materials weighing up to 60 lbs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.

At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.

Ability to lift, stack, and move products weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistance.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entire duration of your shift.

Visual capacity to read and understand standard operating procedures, warning signs, safety instructions, and part labels.

Ability to hear and distinguish safety warnings, alarms, horns, and pedestrian/vehicular traffic.

Flexibility to work in a warehouse environment that is subject to seasonal hot and cold temperatures.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to take a standard background check and drug screen.

Prior experience working in high-volume shipping, receiving, or distribution centers.

Experience using manual pallet jacks.
