Night Shift Operations Supervisor

McKesson is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead overnight operations within our Conroe, TX distribution center. This position is responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality, and service while overseeing a team that supports the accurate and timely distribution of healthcare products.

• Lead and supervise nightly warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow to ensure service and quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and operational excellence.
• Address operational issues, equipment concerns, and employee relations matters in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and customer fulfillment.
• Review performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution operations.
• Continuous Improvement or Lean experience.

• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
